Hi, I’m Kaylyn Crane. A year and a half ago, I took a painting class and was immediately drawn to the Pre-Raphaelite’s because of their bright colors, simplicity, and use of mythological themes.
I created Admiring Pre-Raphaelite Art for an assignment for my Nineteenth Century Art History class, but plan to continually post after the class ends. I am currently going to school at Stephens College, pursuing a major in graphic design and a minor in art history. I would have to say, that right now my dream job would be a graphic designer at an art history museum. That way I could enjoy the best of both worlds! If anyone reading this works either as a designer in an art history museum (or any other type of museum for that matter), or as a curator in a museum, I would love to hear about your experiences!
